Complete Software Life Cycle
will return a formal bid for any fully-completed Software
Specifications Document submitted. The bid will include
a time line, cost break-down, and a list of any potential
problems or requests for clarification. A retainer of
35 percent of the bid cost is due once work has begun.
When our assistance is needed in completing the formal
Software Specification Document, our regular rates apply.
If the client accepts the bid from
, 50 percent of money spent during the specification
process will go toward the retainer or the cost of the
software.
Partial Assistance
Charges
are accrued hourly in 15-minute increments.
assistance is $120 per hour. A billing statement is
sent every Friday for work done over the previous seven
days.
invoicing keeps clients informed and helps to prevent
unexpected costs. The due date on payments is negotiated
before work begins. Projects that will take more than
two weeks to finish will receive a discount depending
on the complexity of the work being done. Projects relating
to a code deliverable that will take over two weeks
to finish (such as software localization or a large
DLL) will receive a formal bid.
Web-based Applications
The
assistance rate for web-based applications is $145 per
hour, non-negotiable. Work on web sites, graphics and
other related tasks is $120 per hour.
