dependents. In addition to traditional medical coverage,
our health plan covers dental, chiropractic, acupuncture,
and therapeutic massage. All employees are given VIP
membership to Gold's
Gym or an equivalent local establishment of
their choice.
The
company pays the health insurance premium for employees
and provides a medical reimbursement plan that allows
employees to pay for dependent premiums with pre-tax
dollars. The medical reimbursement plan, which is offered
in accordance with Code Section 125 of the Revenue Act
of 1978, allows a wide range of medical expenses to
be paid for with pre-tax dollars. Employees also have
the option to purchase disability, term, and whole life
insurance.
Our
unique vacation plan provides employees with at least
twelve days paid vacation per year. Vacationing far
from home is strongly encouraged and partially subsidized.
Vacation time begins accruing immediately and accrues
without limits. Extended leaves of absence may also
be arranged with enough advance notice.
An
IRS qualified 401(k) retirement plan is provided with
a wide range of investment options.
Our
payroll service offers direct deposit into any bank
and free checking with Wells Fargo Bank. We reimburse
employees for technical books and subscriptions, reasonable
home office expenses, telephone charges, and Internet
access.
